Virginia law requires all students to sign a pledge for distance learning courses. Please complete the electronic signature pledge below so that we may report your credits to the Virginia Real Estate Board.
The pledge link will become available, once our system stores your passing grade.

Course Completion Affidavit
Virginia law requires that all licensees retain a notarized Course Completion Affidavit, which certifies course compliance. Click the file below to print, complete, and retain this affidavit.
The affidavit form is for your own records. You do NOT need to provide a copy to Moseley

The certificate should become available within 5 minutes. Once viewed, it will automatically be emailed to you, and available in your profile.
Reporting Your Credits to DPOR
Please allow 2-3 business days for your CE credits to be reflected on the DPOR site.

Every business day, we report credits earned to DPOR. Sometimes, it may take a few days from when you complete your course with us, until they are displayed on the DPOR website. Don't fret, this is totally normal. You can rest assured that the completion date you see on your certificate, is the same date that is reported to DPOR.
