Virginia law requires that all licensees retain a notarized Course Completion Affidavit, which certifies course compliance. Click the file below to print, complete, and retain this affidavit.
The affidavit form is for your own records. You do NOT need to provide a copy to Moseley.
Please stand by while your certificate is prepared. This is going to look great on your fridge!
Once our mystical course wizard finishes saving your grade and completion date, your certificate will become available. Please check back again soon, or refresh the page. The certificate should become available within 5 minutes. Once viewed, it will automatically be emailed to you, and available in your profile.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your CE credits to be reflected on the DPOR site.
Thank you for trusting Moseley to serve your continuing education needs. We take this responsibility very seriously.
Every business day, we report credits earned to DPOR. Sometimes, it may take a few days from when you complete your course with us, until they are displayed on the DPOR website. Don't fret, this is totally normal. You can rest assured that the completion date you see on your certificate, is the same date that is reported to DPOR.
